TRAINING DESCRIPTION:
TPM is a methodology that aims to maximize the global operational performance of equipment and processes, through multifunctional and autonomous work teams.
OBJECTIVES:
Present the concepts and pillars of the TPM through practical application on the shop floor. At the end of the course, the teams will be able to implement the TPM, its indicators and action plans in their areas. Depending on the TPM implementation stage of the client company, the training will be of the bronze, silver or gold types, with programmatic content progressively more detailed and in-depth.
