TRAINING DESCRIPTION:
TPM is a methodology aimed to maximize the global operating efficiency of equipment units and processes by multifunctional and autonomous work teams.
OBJECTIVES:
Present the TPM concepts and principles by means of practical application in shop floor. At the end of the course, the teams will be able to implement the TPM, its indicators and action plans within their areas. Depending on the TPM implementation stage of customer-company, the trainings will be classified as bronze, silver or gold, with progressively detailed and in-depth program contents.
